I myself have endometriosis and I had suffered from severe period pain; throwing up, stabbing pain, needing ibuprofen, bed ridden, calling into work, unable to get simple tasks done and bloating. these photos are 3 months apart, on the left I was in a relationship where we went out to eat a lot and we didn’t do many activities.  I have always had a love for soccer but I wasn’t playing much during this time, when I realized I started to gain weight and I started to feel sluggish and tired all the time I wanted to make a change, but I wasn’t sure how to get motivated. TrailHead wellness helped me focus in on what I enjoyed doing. I discovered new activities I enjoyed and began to engage in the activities I used to do. I started to kick box, weight lift, and play soccer again. with helpful recipes, and shopping lists it made it easier for me to cook and eat at home rather then eating out so often.
