- End EndoBelly: during this stage we will introduce anti-inflammatrory food, food that helps heal the gut, probiotics and prebiotics that feed and populate the gut with good bacteria. we will introduce supplements that help with smooth bowel movements and other symptoms. We will also work on eliminating inflammatory food from the diet to allow your body to heal.

- Period Pain Relief: during this stage we will focus on physical activity. We will combine activity and diet to heal the body. Although our main focus will be getting active, we will still continue to improve your diet in order to build a habit of healthy eating and to give you energy for physical activity. Our goal is to reach at least 30 minutes of continuous, moderate intensity physical activity 3 times/week. I want to help you find physical activity you enjoy doing so that it is not a chore, but instead is a stress reliever.
