If you don’t have basil but are really craving pesto this is an easy kale pesto and it taste amazing! This is also a dairy free recipe, so it is endometriosis friendly.
This recipe taste great on pasta!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups kale
- 3 tbsp walnuts
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- ¼ tsp salt
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tbsp water (add more to get desired consistency)
How to:
- Add all ingredients to a food processor except water
- Add 1 tbsp of water at a time until you reach the desired consistency
