Do you love sushi but don’t eat grains? You can still enjoy sushi with this cauliflower rice sushi its completely grain free!
Ingredients:
1 cauliflower head
1 cucumber
1 avocado
1 salmon fillet
1 pkg nori (dried seaweed sheets)
3 Tbsp siracha mayo
Instructions:
- Cut up all the veggies and salmon into strips
- Grate cauliflower rice on a cheese grater
- Place rice on nori fulling up half of the nori sheet
- Place veggies and salmon on top of rice
- Roll sushi (bamboo roller mat makes it easier)
- Cut sushi to desired size
